Pistol grip cap

Stock brace
A customized inscription, your own signature or footprints – we also offer numerous options for designing your stock brace, allowing you to give your firearm a touch of individuality.
Technical coatings

From traditional to high tech: Besides classic engravings, we also offer numerous options of surface finishing – whether a high-gloss finish with Diamond-Like-Carbon coating on the trigger and bolt handle ball, the stylish custom case hardening in combination with elegant burl wood, or the exclusive coating of the receiver with a Ruthenium finish – one of the rarest precious metals in the world.

The anodized surface offers a number of benefits: It protects against corrosion and increases the resistance against scratches. The matt surface minimizes unwanted light reflections while improving heat dissipation. These coatings therefore offer the ideal combination of aesthetics and functionality. The “Gun Metal Grey” variant is referred to as a “brushed steel gray”. It imitates the look of steel, but is made of high-strength lightweight aluminum. As an alternative, we offer the black housing in “brushed black”, which also offers an elegant look with the lowest possible weight. This variant also uses aluminum as the base material.

The following coatings are possible: Steel: DLC (Diamond like Carbon), Ruthenium finish, custom case hardening, gold plating, titanium nitriding, plasma nitriding (brushed, blasted, polished, burnished)

Aluminum: DLC (Diamond like Carbon), Ruthenium finish, gold plating, anodizing (gold colored, steel gray, black, gray)

Laser engravings
From a portrait photo of a dog to a textured alligator skin: with laser technology, anything that can be created digitally can be reproduced. This makes it possible to engrave motifs that would be very difficult for an engraver to create due to the level of detail involved, and which would take a great deal of time and therefore money.
Nevertheless, laser engraving still requires some manual work. At the Blaser Custom Shop, master engraver Ralph Salzmann prepares and creates the image files for the laser by hand. This is done in the traditional way, with paper and pencil, for the first sketches, and then later digitized on a drawing tablet.
